Here's what took place at the Cabaret Metro last night-

My Morning Jacket came to life for a shitload of people who were probably () close to
opting for a night noogying their fratboy buddies and buying chocolate martinis for
vapid pretties instead of actually checking out some live music.  And I bet they're
glad opted for the music.

Great crowd, a good 500-600 people, and people were definitely with the band.
Comments on the way out were generally along the lines of "that was the greatest show
I ever saw", and I'm not gonna argue.  Hell, a buddy asked me last night what I
thought, and when I shouted my answer in my post-show adrenaline-fueled way, he
pointed out that I'd reacted the same way after the last time MMJ was through town.
Well hell, someone who saw Springsteen 10 times in 1978 could probably relate.
