The tape was labeled as being from July 25, 1989. The included j-card listed track 4 as "On The Other Side a.k.a. The Straits Of Love And Hate".
Although it sounds similar to "The Straits Of Love And Hate" it's more likely an early version of "The Great Divide".

From The Archives lists this as being recorded somewhere in November and broadcast on December 3rd. However, the exact broadcast date is
unknown. During the intro the DJ refers to the already past TV broadcast from Sunday December 3rd.

A Dutch VPRO "Onrust!" TV special, December 3, 1989.
Includes an interview with Jeffrey Lee Pierce, live shots, and acoustic blues performances.
An edited replay has been shown in "Lola Looks Back" on July 15, 1996 as a "memorial edition" (see the 1996 recordings section for details).
The photosession during which the picture on the left was taken, is part of this documentary. The documentary ends with this picture shown full screen with the credits printed over it.
The "memorial edition" has "Jeffrey Lee Pierce 1958-1996" before the credits are shown.

"Poppaden van de Jaren '80 deel 2" ("Poptrails of the Eighties part 2"), Dutch TV special, December 15, 1989 - video
Dutch TV special in two parts, broadcast on December 8 and 15, 1989, in which Henk Hofstede (of Nits fame) looks back on the popmusic during the past
decade. It includes interviews and fragments of live shows and promotional clips. The second part is about popmusic abroad, and also includes an interview with Jeffrey Lee Pierce in which he talks about
Nick Cave, R.E.M, The Cramps, and U2 with B.B. King. The interview contains live shots of The Gun Club (a.o. VPRO 1983), plus live shots and parts from promotional videos of the mentioned artists.
